One integrated line,
from fiber to finish.
Inside our 4,000 m² facility, complete production lines let us take full ownership of quality and lead time — no outsourcing, no surprises.
Why in-house matters
When weaving, dyeing, printing and sewing live in the same building, quality issues are caught early and lead times stay honest. It also means true customisation — we can adjust fiber blend, weight, finish, color and construction to match exactly what your brand needs.

Eight stages, fully controlled
Each step below happens on-site, run by our own trained team.
Weaving
Superfine fiber knitted and woven in-house from premium yarn.
Dyeing
Color-matched dyeing with strict shade and fastness control.
Heat-setting
Dimensional stability and a consistent, premium hand feel.
Brushing
Napping and brushing to develop the signature suede surface.
Printing
Full-color sublimation and silk-screen of your artwork.
Cutting
Laser, ultrasonic and die cutting for clean, sealed edges.
Sewing
Pouches, cases and towels assembled by skilled operators.
Packaging
Inspection, retail packaging and export-ready cartons.
Checked at every step
Quality is not a final gate — it is built into every stage of production and documented under our ISO 9001 system.

Incoming material control
Every batch of yarn and raw fabric is checked for weight, fineness and color before it enters production.
In-process inspection
Operators and QC staff verify color, dimensions and print registration at each stage of the line.
Final inspection & testing
Finished goods are inspected before packing. Where a buyer or market requires it, we can review the applicable testing documentation and material specification with you.
Export packaging
Retail-ready packaging and sturdy export cartons protect your product all the way to destination.
